Setup Walkthrough
For Libre, please make sure, that you have configured LibreLinkUp correctly. You should be able to see your BG readings in the LibreLinkUp-app (not LibreView). Check this description if in doubt.
It is recommended to first get the widget going and once that is up and running use the same credentials with the watchface.
just installedthe message disappears automatically after ~1minConfigure the watchface in the ConnectIQ-app. Here you can read how to get to the apps settings in the ConnectIQ app. If you are on Libre, enter your LibreLinkUp-user and password (not your Libre-account). If you are on Dexcom, use your Dexcom-credentials. select the unit that you are using (mg/dl or mmol/L) and save the settings.
Directly after changing settings in ConnectIQ, the watchface displays "set. upd.!" for "settings updated" - if you don't see that message, the settings were NOT synced and you should check out this support-entry.
This screen is only shown for LibreLinkUp and skipped by other devices. It will take up to 5 Minutes until you see "in!". This message shows that log-in into LibreLinkUp was successfull! Instead you might also see "SensorSN required!" or "no LLU credentials removing PW!". In that case please check the Support section on Libreroughly 5 Minutes later your readings should appear and the graph and metrics show up.during daily use you might experience two more things: 1. a blue arc that indicates that the watch has lost the connection to your phone. 2. a number in front of your BG reading - that indicates the age of the BG reading. So in the example my BG was 173 mg/dl 8 min ago.
